Most people like the sauce poured over the chopped up roasted duck in a tray, but we prefer it on the side. The owner here is super friendly, and so funny! “ Best BBQ place in bolsa. Alway dropping at least 80 on duck and pork here. The seasoning and color of the Peking duck is spot on every time, just point to the good looking duck you want. I get some sweet bun and make a duck banh bao. As for the cicerone bbq pork i alway get half lean and half fatty with the plum dipping sauce . The crunchy skin oh so yummy. ”

I suggest going earlier in the day to get the best selection. He also says he closes when he sells out. I arrived around 5ish. ”
